“Meet Me on the Eastern Slope of Kholat Syakhl* written in
pink and purple spray paint on a fence surrounding some doomed
houses. I used silver glitter spray paint over top to make it
sparkle. That entire block of houses is slated to be demolished,
a condo will be going up in their place. Did this in the evening,
not at night, it’s a fairly busy area. Several people saw me do
this, some stopped and watched.
Many layers of vague symbolism here. This spot is near The Junction,
which is a neighbourhood full of strange and possibly bad vibes, crawling
with ghosts. The text is an Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
reference, but also a reference to the Dyatlov Pass incident. I came
up with it while pondering things about love, it’s about fate but
also implies impending doom.
A series of 29 questions I asked ❤♥︎ while in psychosis, cherrypicked
from an email containing prob over 100 strange & incredibly cringe
questions. This piece was done in the bathroom at Sunnyside Beach. Took me
about an hour and a half to complete.
Brought this cake on a 20km walk, during which I went into
like 10 different stores and bought random candles and decorations for
it. On the way I stopped at the Christie Pits bathroom and removed
the plastic decorations that came with the cake and abandoned them
there. The cake sat on the floor of the Sunnyside Beach bathroom
while I did the rainbow graffiti piece. I then brought the cake
home and decorated it. It says “SRY I SAID I’D KILL US BOTH*.
At midnight I carried the cake on a wooden board down the street
and into the wooded ravine near my apartment. I tossed it into the
snow beside an overpass, near a sewer grate, under some trees, lit
it up and filmed and photographed it. I watched it burn until the
candles were almost gone, used the wooden board to smash it, and
then left the remains in the snow.
